Application Environment

Dust is a natural by-product of material processing, be it in a mineral extraction, reclamation, waste management or any similar environment. At each stage of the handling cycle - transferring, loading, crushing screening or stockpiling - the equipment that operators use creates dust.

Failure to limit the effects of dust may cause severe negative impact, in operational, compliance and ultimately financial terms. Product Description

Dst MoFoam is a concentrated, high-pressure foaming agent that penetrates dust particles. Used in place of traditional 'wet sprays' at material handling points, it effectively creates a blanket to prevent dust emission. The foam bubbles have a much larger surface area than untreated water capturing the particles more efficiently. Moreover, variable water ratio and flow rate characteristics make Dst MoFoam ideal for environments where water supply is limited or operators seek to reduce water consumption.
